Shipping gift baskets can be really expensive, but only if you purchase them from the wrong store! We don't think that you should spend a fortune on shipping, which is why we offer you FREE SHIPPING. Yes, you read it right - no matter how many gifts you buy, you will not have to pay anything for shipping.

Where do you deliver gifts to?

We ship throughout the United States (exception: Puerto Rico); we can also ship to APO-FPO addresses.

Please note: A package going to an APO/FPO address is being sent out via US Mail. Once this package is in the hands of the government we have limited access as to obtaining details in regards to where it is.

How long does it take to deliver a gift basket?

We offer FREE standard shipping which takes 1-5 business days. If you want your order to be delivered faster than free standard shipping, we have more options for you at great shipping rates:

  • Overnight Delivery + $49.00*

Orders received by 10 am EDT will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next business day.

You will be able to select the desired order delivery date from the calendar during checkout.

Do you deliver gifts containing alcohol to all states?

Due to local laws, gifts containing alcohol may not be available in some states, namely: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VT, WV, WI, and WY. Some wine brands can’t be delivered to GA, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

APO/FPO: Unfortunately, we are not allowed to ship alcohol via military mail.

Oh, and please make sure you’re at least 21 years old! Are you? Great, then yes, you can buy a gift containing alcohol from us! (Same applies to the gift recipient)

What if my intended recipient is not home upon delivery?

If your selected recipient isn't at home, there are three options available. We can leave your gift with the recipient’s neighbors or at the door (please note that if it is an apartment building, then we will not leave the gift at the door), we can put a note with our local phone number on the door or we can reschedule the delivery for an additional fee. Please tell us which option you prefer in the comments field while placing your order.

Do you offer delivery to special locations?

There are no impossible tasks for us – we deliver not only to traditional places, but also to unconventional locations such as hospitals, schools or even churches. If we are not allowed to deliver the gift directly to your selected recipient, we will leave the gift at the reception desk. Please provide us with the recipient’s phone number and let him/her know about the delivery to make sure that the gift gets into the right hands. Though these gifts are usually successfully delivered, please note that we are not liable for issues that happen with the gift once it has been delivered to reception (especially if we don’t have the phone number or the recipient does not speak English).

Do I get a confirmation of delivery?

We will send you a confirmation of delivery by email when your specified delivery day ends. It may take up to a business day to send your confirmation. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you via e-mail. You can also always email us to ask about the status of your order and we'll be more than happy to help you.

Can I return an item?

If, for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to have your money back, you or your intended recipient can return unopened items from AmeriGiftBaskets.com within 5 days of the delivery to get a full refund.

Moreover, if the return is due to our fault, we will cover the shipping expenses. Please email us first for return instructions at support@amerigiftbaskets.com
