5 of 5My order was delivered right on time but the package looked a rather trodden and some of the fruit was frozen. Taking into account that Christmas time is a quite busy shipping time I can understand the reason of this occurrence. I contacted the customer service and left a message with description of my complaint. They offered to replace the whole order even though it wasn't their fault and not all of it was ruined. I was very impressed with their attention to the customers and will definitely order their products again.
