5 of 5I bought one of these baskets for my nephew for his birthday. It came in Virginia on time and I’m told it looked beautiful and apparently delicious except for the truffles which had melted a little bit while they were transported. I left a message about this problem. In a little while I was phoned by the company asking if they could help me to resolve my problem. Finally they sent me a new set of truffles. They were very polite with me and quickly came to a resolution. Results made me very happy! Thanks.
